Conference Accommodation;

The Conference Organising Committee has negotiated attractive rates for ASC 2012 delegates at a variety of Sydney hotels, walking distance from the Sydney Masonic Centre and other attractions. Please click here for more information and rates.

As the Australian Science Communicators National Conference is now less than 30 days away, all accommodation bookings are on a request basis. If you would like to add accommodation to an existing registration or request a new booking, please email Brooke Adams on brooke@wsm.com.au with your preferred hotel, arrival/departure dates and room type.

 Cancellation and Refund policy for Registrations Fees;

Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers prior to 27 January 2012 will receive a refund less an Administration Fee of AU$110 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted.
